Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) for verification. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
